We use your information and uploads to prepare your claim and send it to you and your broker.
Your secured save is encrypted. Drafts and files expire 72 hours after the last save. Your signature isn’t saved in unfinished drafts—you’ll sign again when returning.
Saved claim details and files are deleted once the completed claim has been successfully emailed.
You can choose Delete draft & sign out to remove your secured save and access details.
Check your email carefully—it isn’t verified and receives your completed claim.
Mailgun retains email delivery logs for 24 hours on its Free plan.

In order to provide you with insurance or processing any claims, we have to process your personal information. We will share your personal information with other insurers, industry bodies, credit agencies and service providers. This includes information about your insurance, claims and premium payments. We do this to provide insurance services, prevent fraud, assess claims and conduct surveys. We will treat your personal information with caution and have put reasonable security measures in place to protect it.
